Matt Abeles is the vice president of construction technology and innovation for ABC National. In his role, he is responsible for educating and innovating ABC members nationally through multiple mediums. He collaborates with the tech community, especially through ABC’s Tech Alliance, to bring exclusive offerings, content, education and resources to ABC members and chapters. Helping members be safer, more profitable and win work through technology and innovation is Abeles’s primary objective. He also helps lead ABC’s construction technology and innovation committee to ensure national efforts continue heading in the right direction in support of ABC members.

With more than 25 years of experience in the information technology and security industry, Christine Lanning has built a career centered around innovation, leadership and community impact. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii in 2001 and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University in 2004. Christine has received numerous industry and business honors, including 2025 Security Hall of Fame (SSI), 2024 Security Legend (Security Systems News), 2020 SBA Leader of the Year – Hawaii, 2016 Women to Watch (Pacific Business News), and 2014 Woman of the Year from ASIS International. She has also been recognized multiple times in Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 250.
