ABC's Safety Committee
actively promotes safe work habits among ABC members in Hawaii. In addition, member companies are encouraged to participate in the ABC Safety Council, a professional interest group within ABC that brings together the safety officers from our member companies.
Each year our members to participate in ABC's Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) program. Members conduct a self audit of their safety program in order to identify areas for improvement and to recognize achievements which are recognized by the Chapter and submitted to the National ABC program.
The Safety Committee oversees basic safety training courses and seminars on special topics . For a list of upcoming classes, please refer to our Calendar of Events on the homepage.

ABC Hawaii will be offering training to our members and their employees in a wide range of OSHA related topics, including: the Four Hazards, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 and 30-hour courses and many more.
