ABC Hawaii has a special mentoring program for newly formed construction companies. This program targets construction companies that were formed within the past three years, have less than $500,000 in revenue, and in which the owners of the company are actively involved in the company's operations.
Companies that meet these criteria receive a discount on their dues with ABC. They also receive discounts for classes that are targeted to their interests. Most important, they are matched up with a senior member of an ABC Hawaii company who will play a mentoring role to ensure that the new company benefits from the many programs and services that ABC offers its managers and employees.
